Eastern Regional Referral Hospital (ERRH) marked a significant milestone in medical education and telehealth advancement by hosting its first Continuing Medical Education (CME) session using the Teledoc device, in collaboration with the World Telehealth Initiative (WTI).

The session, held on May 27, 2025, focused on the increasingly relevant topic of Osteoporosis.
The session was coordinated by Dr. Kinzang Dorji, Orthopaedic Surgeon and focal person for the Teledoc project at ERRH. The guest speaker for the session was Dr. Abhishek Raut, MD, MPH, MBA, Medical Director of Appletree Medical Group in Toronto, Canada.
