In accordance with the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) signed between the National Medical Services (NMS) and the National Housing Development Corporation Limited (NHDCL), the official handing and taking over of the hospital residential quarters to NHDCL was successfully conducted on 15th July 2025.
The signing of the documents for this purpose was carried out at the hospital premises, with the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of NHDCL and the Medical Superintendent (MS) representing the respective organizations.
The event was also attended by members of the hospital team, who witnessed the formal transfer process and ensured that the inventory, physical verification, and related documentation were completed in line with the agreement.
This handing/taking over marks an important step in operationalizing the MoU and formally transferring the responsibility of managing and maintaining the hospital residential quarters to NHDCL so that hospital can focus more on the other priority areas. The process was conducted smoothly and in a collaborative spirit between both parties.
The hospital administration looks forward to continued cooperation with NHDCL in ensuring proper upkeep and utilization of these quarters in support of staff welfare.
