The Medical Superintendent shared the hospital’s profile and highlighted several pressing challenges, including the rising attrition rate among nurses and limitations in infrastructure and retention strategies and policies. These concerns were echoed by other who emphasized the urgent need for targeted interventions to enhance staff retention and morale.
