On the auspicious occasion of the 46th Birth Anniversary of His Majesty The Fifth King, Jigme Khesar Namgyel Wangchuck, the Eastern Regional Referral Hospital family joined the nation in offering heartfelt prayers and gratitude.
The modest ceremony included the singing National Anthem, offering His Majesty’s Zhabten, Tashi Telsekpa, butter lamp offerings, Marmey Moenlam, and a cake-cutting ceremony, attended by the Medical Superintendent, HODs, In-Charges, staff, and Lams.
The hospital also launched its Annual Report 2025 and is conducting 2 days annual Rimdro dedicated for the continued good health and long life of His Majesty, the Royal Family, and for peace, prosperity, and harmony of the nation and hospital family.
