The ERRH family warmly welcomes fourteen new staff members who have joined the hospital following their recruitment through the Royal Civil Service Commission (RCSC) and completion of the Foundational In-service Training. The new appointees include two doctors, ten clinical nurses, one pharmacist, and one laboratory officer. On behalf of all ERRH staff, we congratulate them on their well-deserved appointments and look forward to their valuable contributions in strengthening healthcare services.

To help the new recruits integrate smoothly into the organization, a one-day orientation program was conducted today. The program began with a Khadar ceremony presided over by the Menkhang Lam Tsozin and the Medical Superintendent. During the sessions, the Medical Superintendent briefed the participants on the core values under Chapter Three of the BCSR 2023, the Managing for Excellence System of the RCSC, medical ethics, and responsible use of social media. The Human Resources Officer also explained HR regulations under BCSR 2023 and conducted practical sessions on ZEST, ZRS, and the ADS system.
The orientation further included important briefings from the Nursing Superintendent on teamwork, collaboration, and the professional mandates of nurses in delivering quality patient care. The Dy. Chief ADMO spoke on integrity, dress code, and the importance of reporting issues through proper supervisory channels. In addition, the Quality Focal Person sensitized the participants on key hospital standards such as 5SCQI, standard precautions, and HRSS.
The program concluded with an inspiring address by the Medical Superintendent, sharing valuable guidance for the new staff as they begin their journey of service at ERRH.
